The cost of medical treatment is very expensive for international visitors. It is highly recommended that you purchase a quality travel insurance policy to cover the cost of medical treatment for your holiday as well as cancellation, loss of baggage, etc.

Non-essential travel to the USA is allowed for fully vaccinated travelers, but some additional terms and conditions have been drafted with which they must comply.
Let us get the most important fact straight :
- All travelers from 18 years and older must provide a vaccination certificate stating they have received the recommended doses of a vaccine (or a combination of vaccines) that has been approved by the US Government. Your last dose must have been administered at least 14 days before you arrive in the USA.
What about children under 18 years of age ?
Children over 2 years, accompanied by fully vaccinated travelers, are exempt and do not have to provide a proof of vaccination. But if they have one, it can always be used. Unvaccinated children are required to do a (self-) test 3-5 days after arrival.
Which vaccines have been approved by the US Government ?
The following vaccines are admitted, provided they have been administered in the recommended doses, at least 14 days prior to arrival in the United States.
• Pfizer-BioNTech: 2 doses
• Moderna: 2 doses
• AstraZeneca: 2 doses
• Janssen/Johnson & Johnson: 1 dose
• Or a combination of the above mentioned vaccines.
The list of approved vaccines can be complemented in the future.
